Pros
Awesome engineering team, diverse, mostly friendly people everywhere I went, good HR for the most part, good vibe overall, PTO, benefits, and stuff.
Cons
Excessive bureaucracy, bad communication between departments, low budget allocation for projects, contradictory policies, and lack of real standardization, resulting in higher costs, associated with inefficiencies in process flow and operations management. Pay is unfair and working conditions are harsh for the on-site support people, who actually drive the business on the field. That said, they have huge potential to build a solid organization if they focus on continuous improvement, hire multifaceted people, aim to minimize waste (especially in the form of duplicate tasks, procurement leaks, and communication gaps), and start prioritizing employees and incentivizing them in order to improve productivity.
