1. The great people are looking to leave 2. Extremely inexperienced leadership from the top down 3. Shady practices in recruiting to include what they call back door reference checks 4. The company is fire crazy, they are constantly firing people and run an avg of 8 confidential job postings at time for people they want to fire. 5.
