Pros
Hard to think of much to say here. Nice people but see below cons for more context
Cons
Wow where to begin -- this was not the stable, growing company that was portrayed in the interview process. -Was misled on financial health, which turns out is really bad -Strong bias against remote, so if you join remote be ready to feel isolated -Poor benefits (60 day waiting period for benefits) -Poor culture and no real sense of core values, no DEI/ERG focus -Poor communication, especially across teams -C-suite is only loyal to themselves and makes really immature decisions -Very limited resources or process This company really needs to re-evaluate everything -- from culture to priorities to communication to process -- IF they care about turning things around. Otherwise it will continue to be more down than up, with frequent turnover from layoffs or voluntary attrition.
