The training is scattered and confusing, especially if you do not have access to the tools that you were supposed to have access to like I did not for weeks, even after repeatedly asking the HR and Dev teams. Speaking of training, my manager did not actually train me, but my teammates did their best. I was supposed to shadow someone else and that person departed in my second week. I was let go as well for “not attending trainings” even though I went to 3 weeks worth of online training and 3 days worth of warehouse training. Oh, and I got sick pretty much immediately because we’re all cooped up in one room in the back of the warehouse.
