Would give this 0 stars if I could - Operations Supervisor ShipMonk Employee Review

Just about everything. Lied during interview and hiring process . You will be expected to be doing the workload meant for 5 people while also expected to run your own department . Upper management will sit in their back office sending you slack messages wanting updates about info they have access to as well while you’re drowning on the floor. Unrealistic metrics they want employees to meet which results in write up’s. Which results in good employees leaving. Managers claim to be open to ideas or opinions but any helpful idea or opinion gets immediately shot down due to big ego’s. When something goes wrong they constantly look for a scapegoat to cover themselves. Like another review said I can promise you that you will not want to be here longer than 6 months. If you’re thinking about working here . I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
