Pros
- Competitive pay for corporate employees - Unlimited vacation
Cons
- Virtually no culture or human presences. The office (in FLL) is designed to look hip but has 0 function or consideration of how people work. It's clear by the uneven wooden floors that the office was built for looks without considering the people inside it. - People disappear all the time without notice. One day you are mid-project with the person and the next they are gone without a trace and nobody speaks about them. - Bro-typical mindset stuck on "winning" and "being the best in the world". Which don't sound like bad things, but they take it to a juvenile level where you just want to tell senior leaders (but don't) to get over themselves. Mindsets like this are not only immature but quit frankly toxic for an ever evolving business. They preach the "progress not perfection" methodology but then behave like progress is never enough and only perfection matters. - No trust in associates or other leader levels below Director. - Even with unlimited vacation offered, not a lot of people take it. Thus making it seem weird, or out of the norm if you do.
