Cons
Executive management and leadership at ShipMonk lack stability, with frequent turnover and shifting initiatives that create inconsistency across the organization. Many employees, both in corporate and warehouse roles, experience high levels of stress due to recurring operational breakdowns and limited technology capabilities to effectively support clients. The company is very reactive in nature and doesn’t try to effectively address problems unless it affects a top 10 client. Long story short, days are very stressful, leadership at times is non existent, and clients often feel their voice is unheard.
