Pros
Average pay. Young work environment.
Cons
This company is completely unprofessional. The CEO claims that he never fires people and that they are the Google of the title industry. This couldn't be more incorrect. They have fired on almost a monthly basis. The firing had nothing to do with work performance. If you were not a favorite, then they wouldn't even do as much as acknowledge your existence. They would use any excuse they could find to justify firing you. On multiple occasions, the CEO of the company would make fun of the recently fired employees. They environment of this company is very high school like. If you were not part of the "popular" group then you were at risk of losing your job and getting mocked in the process. Don't even think about saying hello to one of the upper level management because they will not acknowledge your presence. They have no respect for hard working employees. They claim to pay excellently with a great bonus structure and overtime hours. There were no bonuses and employees were asked to leave work early when approaching their 80 hours (bi-weekly pay). This company puts a lot of emphasis on communication and transparency yet they do not act on the words that they speak. There were multiple meetings where they would gather the entire office in a room and have everyone speak to the faults of their coworker. This was not a productive practice and only made the work environment more awkward. If you tried to communicate any issues within your department to the management, you were putting yourself at risk for being fired.
