      Pros

      Good bunch of colleagues. Good for those who wish to end their work career. Bonus wise: standard; 4 Qs Bonus + AWP.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Top management micromanaging the bottom down sub-departments. Stagnancy. One can potentially be stuck in 1 initial job position for more than a decade. Unless you're in the top tier, the low rank will stay in his own bubble.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
