      Less stress for line recovery. Good engineer team support.

      Cons

      Not much overtime schedule. Basic salary Low and have cap with overtime.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
