      Pros

      Flexible for time off needs, coverage for shifts was good. Friendly people, well managed.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts are brutal but if you’re up for it you get great downtime.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
