      Strong and clear systems, stable business.

      Cons

      Autocratic management that's run by few older staffs with low tolerance for differences. Some older staffs lack comprehension on the concept of respect.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
