      good work life balance and stable growing company; good and reasonable management and colleagues good vacation plicies

      quite slow pace; profit not growing big room for improvement for haardous work safety

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
