      Flexible clocking hours and time-off; fair share of projects across departments so able to gain knowledge outside of own profession; friendly colleagues; annual dinner.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to market rate as if there is no inflation since 10 years ago, medical benefits are average; unclear job scope causing arguments when there are issues; confusing and less hopeful career prospects.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
