      Have Aws and quarterly bonus

      Cons

      Be cautious of those engineers who have been with siltronic for a long period, they love to act innocent, back stab you when things go wrong and humiliate new hires for lacking domain knowledge. Unfortunately, management allows these behaviors to persist without taking action, which contributes to high turnover among younger employees within a year.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
