      Good company. good work life balance. Company transport provided. Average salary.

      Cons

      If are not one of them. Then you will never climb up. Many engineers and manager are totally not up to standard sometimes.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
