      -the atmosphere is incredible -the residents are wonderful -management is amazing and they help everyone -Human Resource is easy to talk with for hiring

      Pros

      Great management, starting with the HR Director. They really care about people and put their needs first, both employees and residents. Just knowing your have the support of administration makes going to work much easier and worthwhile.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
