Pros

Great management, starting with the HR Director. They really care about people and put their needs first, both employees and residents. Just knowing your have the support of administration makes going to work much easier and worthwhile.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Wonderful residents, staff not so much...

Pros

Typically Monday-Friday, 9-5. Discounted meals for employees. Kind residents with lots of wonderful stories. Some kind staff who work hard. Employee Appreciation Fund.

Cons

The cliques are what ruins this place. Upper management is all buddy buddy and that often is trouble for staff. People in Department Head roles should know better than to gossip about staff, make things up and ostracize staff. I was brought to tears several times by management.

Pros

The staff is pleasant to work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The overall work environment is great. Great start for a new CNA.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is the low pay/salary for starting CNAs.
