      Pros

      Great employees and residents. Open to suggestions. Great teamwork Residents appreciate staff. Always new opportunities. Personal growth encouraged. Paid lunch period. Benefits for full-time employees include earn time, health, dental, vision, retirement savings (with usually employer contribution), life insurance. Employee Assistance Program for all employees and families. Awesome off-site Employee Party! Scholarships available for full-time, part-time and Per Diem for credit and non credit classes. (scholarships are also available to employees' children going to college) Great food for a great employee discount. Flavored water, coffee and tea provided daily Promotes wellness in the community Safety is a priority. Different employee appreciation event throughout the year.

      Cons

      Rates of pay on the low side but recently they did industry adjustments. No earned time for part-time or Per Diem employee No retirement savings for part-time or Per Diem employees

      Pros

      The Huntington at Nashua is a great place to work. Great culture, competitive salary, benefits package and work/life balance. Something new and exciting happening all the time and I love coming to work every day. Directors work well as a team with no micromanagement and all the staff and residence are extremely friendly. Everyone is so passionate about their job and making sure they always go above and beyond for the residences that live here. So glad I made the right decision.

      Mon - Fri, 32 - 40 Hours. A Chance for Over Time. Kind and Supportive Staff and Managers. Friendly Residents. Benefits including Health, Dental and Retirement. Jean Day. Crazy Fun Celebrations e.g. Wear your Patriots colors to work! Great Food . Scholarship. Annual Employee Party! Opportunities to Grow within the Company.

      Typical for any job but there are days when things can get busy.
