      Pros

      It's a job but that's about it.

      Cons

      Inadequate and unequal wages. Refuse to promote within. Will make you do the job for months without the pay then hire outside. They don't treat their most loyal employees with respect and they take advantage of them. They let new employees abuse the system. They frequently deny vacation time that you have earned.
