Staff interacts positively with one another and our residents reflect this positive work environment, often through smiles, laughter, engaging conversation, and positive feedback. The leadership is attentive to staff and residents alike and human resources keeps their finger on the pulse of employee morale. There are opportunities to develop professionally, employee surveys reviewed community wide, and other activities to engage the staff. One of my personal favorites it a bi-annual resident/staff cornhole tournament.
