Pros
+ lots of very experienced people working here (in development, test and support) + excellent platform, developed in-house in Java, that is well-desinged, modular, powerful, debuggable and easy to develop for + good size. Big enough to have some structure and lots of customers with deployed systems, but small enough so the code you write has a big impact on the system + all managers/team leaders/architect in R&D actually code (yay!) + "sane" working environment – features are planned with proper time to implement them, no "death march" projects. + nice office, good location (in Kista Science Tower)
Cons
- quite unknown company, would benefit form marketing itself better to developers - company management can sometimes have a "penny wise, pound foolish" attitude - company management can sometimes equate being in the office at certain hours with being productive
