      - competitive salary was the only good thing - collaboration with colleagues from our StartUp was still good

      Cons

      - our StartUp was aquired + 20 other companies = no clear strategy, bad integration - several CEO changes in the last few years - poor treatment of employees - several long-term employees were laid off after they were no longer needed
