Pros

I have worked for SitelogIQ for almost 6 years and I love working for a company which believes every team member has value, and gives a space for all to voice their needs and opinions. Employees who thrive are adaptable to change, creative, optimistic, and self motivated to complete tasks on daily basis. The company is serious about it's ESG goals and has affinity groups so all employees can get to know team members across the company. Further, it feels incredibly fulfilling to be able to contribute positively to the environment and sustainability efforts just by performing in any role in this rapidly growing organization. I'm grateful every day that I get to work here.

Cons

Individuals who a rigid or inflexible to change will not appreciate their experience at SitelogIQ. The new hires this business attracts are primarily those who enjoy the energy of a fast paced work environment and they are highly adaptable to changes in business needs. Individuals who need someone to watch over them or micromanage them will not thrive here. You must be self-motivated and a self-starter.

Pros

The best part about working at SiteLogIQ was the people on my immediate team. My coworkers were collaborative, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing their jobs well.

Cons

Leadership was disorganized, communication was poor, and priorities changed constantly without clear direction. Decisions often felt reactive instead of strategic, which made it difficult to plan or feel supported in day-to-day work. Promotions and advancement opportunities seemed to follow a “good ol’ boy” mentality, with most executive and leadership roles held by men. Recognition and growth weren’t based on merit as much as on who you knew, which was discouraging for those putting in consistent effort.
