Pros

Great people, great mission, good benefits, good work/life balance.

Cons

Investor owned, so most decisions are short-sighted... only focsing on immediate impacts (i.e. share value, sale price)... instead of making long-term, or even short-term, investments in the company.

Pros

The best part about working at SiteLogIQ was the people on my immediate team. My coworkers were collaborative, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing their jobs well.

Cons

Leadership was disorganized, communication was poor, and priorities changed constantly without clear direction. Decisions often felt reactive instead of strategic, which made it difficult to plan or feel supported in day-to-day work. Promotions and advancement opportunities seemed to follow a “good ol’ boy” mentality, with most executive and leadership roles held by men. Recognition and growth weren’t based on merit as much as on who you knew, which was discouraging for those putting in consistent effort.
