Owners look down and degrade their GM and managers. Thus makes the managers don't value their employees (pushing the blame to the little ones). Which then leads to poor/hostile work environment. Over worked cooks. Pay is way low for them. Harassment (mainly verbal harrassment) seems to be avoided when brought to attention. They just brush it under the carpet if possible. Which I've seen.
