Pros

- you get to work with brilliant individuals that truely want to do well - very cool product - decent compensation

Cons

- This was a great place pre 2022 (you can tell from the stock price) -The first round of layoffs was mishandled, with the CEO addressing the situation poorly (to what's left of the company) and going on a rant about employees posting on social media - lack of trust from senior management -> spyware installed on your mac -no flex on working from home anymore

Pros

There are plenty of growth opportunities and the freedom to pitch new ideas. Managers maintain open communication, and the company offers free food, fun workplace activities, good benefits, and employee recognition programs. The people are great, an excellent networking environment.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced, with a lot happening at once, so you need to be able to adapt quickly to constant changes.
