This is the first job i've had where i didn't feel like just a number on a spreadsheet to senior leadership, the CEO meets with every new employee and seems genuinely interested in getting to know you as a person.

It's a fast paced environment, but you will never be asked to meet a deadline your manager isn't willing to meet themselves or meet with you.
