Pros
Great benefits and great team. Pay is pretty good until you get a measly 2% raise despite the upper management buying more companies and flaunting their revenue. You meet a lot of very smart and talented people while working here. The product is very interesting and very engaging. Really enjoying the work and the pace of things (at least for my first 6 months)
Cons
A lot of reorgs and internal policy changes leading to attrition without backfilling positions. Everyone up until the Director-VP level has been very transparent and fair but once you get to executive leadership, it feels otherwise. They are rarely held accountable for radical changes and will just do a layoff if it doesn't work out. Every department feels likes it is missing 1 or 2 more people. The CEO even said in an AMA just to "utilize AI" to fill that gap as if it's a magic wand. They used to be a really really great company and now they are just ok. Lastly, the RTO policy didn't make sense and was just a tactic to have people quit without pay. They lowered some of their benefit value which isn't a good sign either.
