There's a lot to do, all the time. We're victims of our own success in some ways, the better the company does, the more we expect ourselves to overachieve next time.
To some extent, there are pockets of people who want their opinions to be heard in anything and everything. Nothing bad about this, it's great that our people care, but we're scaling quickly and need to learn to let go of some of this stuff and focus on what matters.
