- Disrespectful management - treated and still are treating employees in a very disrespectful manner. The EMEA manager literally lies to his team.
- Unequal salaries between men and women. Cancelled the female opinions on the sales team, both NA directors (and VP) and EMEA.
- No work-life balance.
- I have friends that still work at Snyk, but want to get out of there because the bad treatment they are getting. The main reson they are staying is because Snyk is about to go public.
This is important to be said when you consider working there. They show a pink picture, but the reality is that half of the company left it, 2 out of 3 founders left the company and many veteran employees as well because of how the management treats employees like trash.
They fired over 10% of employees during COVID, and putting more pressure on those who stayed, with no mental support.
