This is an excellent place to begin your career, because of all the opportunities for professional development and upward mobility. The company is scaling quickly, but mindfully, and still maintaining so much of the culture that I joined for. I have worked in many different tech organizations, and I can say for certain this is by far the best place I've ever worked. The team is incredibly talented, leadership is invested in your development and success, and the culture is rooted in collaboration, teamwork and our collective success. I would recommend Snyk to anyone looking to quickly grow and develop their career at a disruptive company where you have the opportunity to innovate every day and have a huge impact. We pride ourselves on having a strong work/life balance, and encourage people to bring their uniqueness and diversity to the team. For the SDR team, Snyk has implemented continuous learning and development to help with career progression. There are also 6 month milestones that result in title changes and compensation increases for people who are performing. Most SDRs are hitting quota and many are overachieving, which makes it an incredible company to be rewarded for the success you are seeing.
