Pros

Sales in a lot of countries so good exposure to different cultures and languages. Most employees work very hard and are friendly to work with.

Cons

The rest of the company is better but working in finance is not good. Lots of staff left the department the past 7-8 years on the team and this leads to pressure and multiple gaps.

Freedom of creativity on big name brands. Retail packaging and displays for the gaming industry is some of the most enjoyable to work on.

Cons

Tracking down up to date brand assets some times can be hard. We all know you need up to date assets to get the job done
