Horrible management, ceo terrorizes people, outdated business model, downloads are the future. Benefits are the worst.

The company used to have decent perks, but they recently scaled those back, too.

Cons

Complete lack of organization and virtually no leadership or company direction. The atmosphere is strained at best - mostly because the employees are fearful about their own job security.
