There are good people that you meet in different departments.

If you are new... you are put through the grinder... if you don't quickly understand their processes (that are very different from other companies), management will repeat endlessly everything you are doing wrong instead of trying to help you understand and apply your years of knowledge and skills to the task. Management is looking for people that either have no family or their kids are grown or have no responsibilities and that will be monkeys that just follow what they say and press the button. If you have anything different to say or express how you feel you are threatened.
