Bonuses. There's not much more than that.

Cons

Constantly fires employees Management will turn a blind eye to poor performing employees as long as they like them. Employees are held back from being promoted to positions they apply for if it’s not convenient for the company. Favoritism and preferential treatment shown to a select few inside the organization. You can’t trust anyone. Not HR, Management or fellow employees. Employees are promoted because its considered the natural progression for the position regardless of their qualifications. Benefits are horrible. Stressful, toxic work environment.

At the beginning it was a challenging opportunity, new business and capable finance manager. All that dramatically changed due to stress.

Cons

It was a very traumatic experience, the worst place I have ever worked. Employees were expected to work statutory holidays & overtime with no compensation. Long standing employees quit or were let go. Very toxic environment

not fun. people don't like each other. the only good thing people talked about was the xmas party. not a good reason to work there
