      Pros

      - Compensation is reasonable but you have to work hard for it - Good Christmas party - Room for growth and promotion - There are a number of good people

      Cons

      - Too much politics in the office - A lot of really mean people that trumps the good; constant yelling or swearing is inappropriate - Trust does not exist

      Pros

      -Good bonuses - profit sharing. -Xmas Party -Friendly co-workers -Easy job. -Not overtime.

      Cons

      -Workload not distributed equally -It is a family business and they just benefit certain people. They are not fair to everybody. -Very closed minded. -The only activity during the whole year is the Xmas Party. They don't have team building activities. -High turnover as the management is very bad. The don't care about keeping good people. -Benefits is just 80% paid. Vision care not included.
