Toxic, delayed, dictatorial, intimidating and inhumane management, without trust in employees and without any technical knowledge, with an obsession with costs/performance creating an environment of fear. Use of micro (nano) management suffocating employees, lack of total flexibility with focus to work and produce under pressure, treating an Engineering environment as a production line, eliminating any opportunity for development and discouraging creativity and innovation. Focus on billing hours and not on the quality of the engineering service. Oppressive environment with no freedoms and no minimum comfort, discouraging teamwork, zero people management, extremely rigid system with an uncomfortable environment to work. Excessive focus on MBA and management tools, creating bureaucracies and making product development (Engineering) play a secondary role, with management being the end in itself. Hiring an Engineer with an Analyst position devaluing remuneration. Salary below market average.
