Lower pay than other comparable Missouri universities, worse benefit packages in comparison as well. Top down decisions are made without knowledge of the facts. Tenured faculty are allowed to wreak havoc for students and co-workers without consequences. Has become a "quantity institution" (only concerned about $$$) instead of a "quality institution" (one that wants to provide the best environment academically for students, faculty, and staff)
