Pros

Great work environment, simple schedule and job duties, easy to pick up shifts on the tradeboard, phenomenal manager, you get to interact with students on campus

Cons

The pay is minimum wage, it can be tough to switch out of shifts if no one is willing to trade with you, parking can be a potential problem if you don't have a parking pass/permit or if you don't live on campus
