Pros
It's a job that pays and has tons of overtime for those who do and do not want it. Great place if you love to suck it up to the boss.
Cons
No advancement, no raises, talked down to, and bosses have told employees are replaceable after taking situations and concerns personally. Student workers make less than minimum wage while part-time workers, and experienced workers do not get paid off their experience. No one who actually does their job is valued or appreciated; however, those who love to brown nose get everything they ask for.
