Pros
I’ve worked at southeastern for 7yrs as inbound forklift operator, I love it. Fast paced pretty much easy going people. Pays great and benefits are on point.
Cons
So Mr.C here’s the problem and it’s getting worse 3 things 1. Computer system as well as technology we’re way behind 2. We are not following the pyramid anymore 3. Vacation and personal days. So here’s what I would do. 1. Put cameras in the handhelds and use the cloud for storage. 2. Start living our culture do not tolerate the yelling of god d... at the work place. 3. Give 5 personal days. Also give the supervisors a break on working 12hrs a day getting paid for 9. Doing the right thing is always right. Put up
