When it comes to advancement in management they don’t like to promote unless you have a degree or unless you know someone. They had tuition reimbursement some years back to help you succeed, but they got rid of it. Learning how to do more and putting in hard work will really only lead to being over worked later. (I’m almost certain I have few hernias, but I can’t afford to be out work to get it fixed). As for work everything is geared towards the senior workers, but as time goes forward they tend to get rid of all the things that you were looking forward to receiving.
