It was a great way to get my foot in the door and helped me get a permanent position.

There wasn’t many cons while working there

Learning experience, commute, you don't have to make your own decisions they make you do what they feel is best

Upper management never there for you. If you do something wrong they blame you and only you not their lack of guidance. They do not give performance reviews. The only time you get a raise is if you move positions. They only promote the "teachers pets".
