Pros

- Provides good customer service experience, - Very flexible schedule, - Weekly pay - Very Diverse Hiring

Cons

The lack of hours available means that people who weren't hired to be cashiers, like tech associates and higher, often have to constantly be on the register because, for a reason untold, besides a "lack of hours," there can't be more than four people running the stores. - The Amazon Returns that are accepted at Staples become ridiculous, filling up a 5-hour shift with just going back and forth accepting returns with only a total of around 15 regular selling transactions anytime a holiday is approaching, and on regular days, there are still more Amazon Returns than actual purchases. - There is favoritism within the stores in regards to if you sell more or less ESPs (store-specific plans that can let customers protect the products they buy in regards to data recovery, tech protection/setup/help, and furniture protection) so make sure to sell more if you want more hours. (The increase in hours is the only incentive given (unlike in earlier years where Staples gave commission for sales)

Pros

Good to get experience as a first job

Cons

Small store so there's only 4 people working at a time. Gets hectic during busy seasons and the manager typically hides in the backroom.
