Everything, low pay with with little to no chance of raises. The administration has no appreciation for employees with longevity. I have seen several people with 15-20 + years of service dismissed for asking questions or retaliated against mercilessly. Corrupt organization. I left on good terms but left because of the direction of the company due to poor leadership and the toxic environment that has been developing. Look at the postings and frequency. It s a revolving door of staff. Some departments have as many supervisors as employees. Extremely top heavy doesn’t even begin to describe the amount chiefs in this organization. Every orientation is full with most leaving within 6 months. I wish I had something positive to say.
