The CEO has created such a toxic environment that people get up every day scared for their jobs. She wants to make each and every decision herself. She talks all the time, continually telling you the same thing, takes all credit for herself and hardly lets you speak. She will agree to something one minute and forget it or change her mind the next. Most employees are hired as contractors so that she can fire them as a minute’s notice without raising any employment issues. The most toxic place I have ever worked.
