Pros
A great mission, passionate coworkers that lean on each other for support, benefits and salary income are great, working from home can be really nice.
Cons
work-life balance has been and continues to be nonexistent. Too many aggressive goals to juggle. We're not pacing ourselves. Everything is urgent all the time, every day, every week, every month and every year. The consistent anxiety is real and affects us in real physical and mental ways. The pros start to fall short next to this elephant of a con. I know some of us would sacrifice some of that and pay it back to the company just to have more sanity.
