Pros
Solid job security thanks to union membership- chances of being fired/ laid off are very low unless you are irresponsibly late multiple times without calling in or commit other obvious violations such as theft or intentional damage to store property.
Cons
Store does not employ enough workers to properly maintain certain departments- hours are often cut and change frequently unless you are a Full-Time employee.
