Pros
I earn "walking around" money. Interaction with customers and associates. I learn various facets of the business and perform physical tasks that I would not normally do.
Cons
Very poor compensation which does not even approach a minimum living wage. Management pretends to care about it's "associates" through it's words but it's actions indicate the opposite.
